Daily maintenance:

Regular maintenance:
1. Regularly clean the precipitated impurities in the oil tank of the high-pressure cleaning machine, and add sufficient oil in time to ensure the healthy operation of the engine, which can extend the operating life of the engine.
2. When the high-pressure cleaning machine is completed, it is necessary to cover it with a protective sleeve in a timely manner to avoid corrosion, premature wear, and dust adhering to the high-pressure cleaning machine, which may cause blockage of certain components. Also, it is necessary to apply lubricant to the valve and sealing ring to prevent jamming during the next use.

2. The insufficient inflow flow to the equipment leads to insufficient water flow, resulting in insufficient output pressure. The problem of reduced outlet pressure can be solved by providing sufficient inlet water flow in a timely manner.
3. If there is air in the high-pressure cleaning machine to clean the water inlet filter, it is necessary to exhaust the air in the clean water inlet filter and ensure that the output standard water outlet pressure is reached.
4. After the overflow valve of the high-pressure cleaning machine is aged, it causes a large overflow flow of water and a low pressure. When it is found to be aged, it is necessary to replace the accessories in a timely manner.
5. The leakage of the high and low pressure water seals and the inlet and outlet one-way valves of the high-pressure cleaning machine leads to low working pressure. These accessories should be replaced in a timely manner.
6. The high-pressure pipe and filter device are kinked, bent, or damaged, resulting in poor water flow and insufficient outlet pressure. They should be repaired in a timely manner.
7. There are internal faults in the high-pressure pump, wearing parts, and reduced water flow; The internal pipeline of the equipment is blocked and the water flow is too small, resulting in low working pressure.
