Why does the lawn mower lose power after being used for a while?
As the engine continues to operate, impurities dissolved in the engine oil will gradually accumulate, causing the oil to darken and even turn black, thereby affecting its lubricating effect. Therefore, it is recommended to change the engine oil every 50 hours. If the engine operates in high-temperature or dusty environments, it is recommended to change the engine oil every 25 hours or so, or determine whether it needs to be changed based on the color change of the engine oil in the oil chamber.
The machine has difficulty starting in spring
After winter, if maintenance is not carried out properly, starting the engine in spring may encounter difficulties. Here are some possible reasons and corresponding solutions:
(1) Check whether the fuel is qualified and fresh.
(2) Spark plug is a key component of the engine.
(3) If the fuel was not fully burned before the gasifier was shut down last year, there may be difficulties when starting it in spring. At this time, a professional should be invited to clean the gasifier.
(4) If none of the above measures work, it is recommended to take the lawn mower engine, especially the carburetor part, to a professional shop for repair.
